Howdy. I promised myself I’d go live with this site before the end of the day but I have absolutely nothing to post really. [Because I’ve been working on getting the site up, natch!] So I’ll just lay out the basics: My name is Russell Norris, I’m a web developer/designer living in Decatur, GA [think Atlanta], and I wanna be your friend.
