My name is Russell Norris and I’m a web developer-slash-designer based in Decatur, Georgia, USA. I’ve got skills in HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ruby [and the requisite technologies therein], Test and Behavior Driven Design as well as Photoshop, Flash, and Illustrator. My main concentration lately has been Ruby and since adopting it I have contributed code to Rails, Make Resourceful, Haml, Has Many Polymorphs, and RMagick. I am also the author of a Ruby port of Perl’s Text::Unidecode as well as a handful of [as yet unreleased] plugins. Expect at least some of those plugins soon on the downloads section of this site now that I have things up and running.
